Notice to Trade

Dear Valued Customers,

As per the directive of the Dubai Maritime Authority (DMA), effective 1st November 2023, all Delivery Orders must be issued as Digital Delivery Orders via the Dubai Trade Platform. We advise all our customers to ensure that payments for respective invoices are made exclusively through the Dubai Trade platform to facilitate the issuance of Digital Delivery Orders.

Offline payments directly into our bank account for local import shipments are not permitted, except for customers with an existing credit facility with VEGA STAR SHIPPING SERVICES LLC.

The Terminal Handling Charge (THC), along with other applicable charges for port clearance, will be collected against Import and Export Declarations when DP World payments are settled through the Dubai Trade Single Window.

Truck Loading/Unloading Charges (TLUC) and Shifting charges for Empty OUT/Export IN will be collected through a new service on the Dubai Trade Single Window, titled Export TLUC/Shifting Charges Payment.

As an NVOCC, Clearing Agent, and Freight Forwarder, we have published our charges on the DMC portal. These charges are available to our customers and agents upon request and via our Customer Notifications.
